Project Description:

      

The Wellness Center is a new, 70,000 sf building located on the Campus of Lindsey Wilson College.  This dynamic facility will be the new center piece for student athletic activities on campus.  The building will house 3 basketball courts, racquetball court, suspended running track, weight rooms, multi-purpose room, locker rooms, competition pool, hot water spa, wrestling room and areas for cardiovascular exercise.  All of which will be equipped with the best equipment and amenities.

 

Project Costs:               Construction Budget: $9,500,000.                                                         Bids came in at $9,460,000

 

Project Status:  Project opened to the Students in February 2010
