Project Description:

 

This is our renovation to the Main Branch Library for the Warren County Public Library.  This renovation consists of adding 1,660 square feet administration wing to the existing 20,000 square foot building, the addition of a 586 square foot Activity Room, the renovation of the existing administration area to two large Community Rooms that can open to form one large room, and the addition of front and rear Entry Canopies.

                                                 

Project Costs:      Total Scope:  $1,800,000.00

                             Construction Budget: $1,540,000.00
