Project Description:

 

This is our second renovation to the Bob Kirby Branch Library for the Warren County Public Library.  This renovation consists of adding 12,000 square feet to the existing 7,000 square foot building.  The addition includes a new Children’s Area with Programming Room, 300 person Multi-Purpose Room, Lobby, Restrooms, Circulation Desk, Bookmobile Garage and an attached Storage Garage.  The General Collections Area also received new finishes and lighting.

                                                 

Project Costs:      Total Scope:  $2,800,000.00

                             Construction Budget: $2,400,000.00               

 

Project Status:     Complete in March 2014
